MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Foundation is to grant scholarships to deserving students in financial need at the Master and Doctorate levels in three academic disciplines having been identified as the most likely to foster economic growth: Business Administration (M.B.A.), Computer Science and Engineering.

Scholarships of $ 8,000 at the Master’s level and $ 15,000 at the Doctorate level will be available to Quebec residents studying full-time and intending to pursue graduate studies in a Montreal university. In 2011, the Fondation Universitaire Pierre Arbour will grant a minimum of twenty-five scholarships to Master’s degree and Doctorate degree candidates at the following universities: Concordia University, l’Université de Montréal, McGill University, and l’UQAM. It is the universities’ responsibility to submit candidates to the Foundation.
